This is to remind everyone to make good food choices and to continue to eat healthy. “Eating healthy is often overlooked by everyone, even those who exercise rigorously. A healthy diet goes hand in hand with exercising and sleeping well. Therefore, everyone needs to watch what they eat,” said GHR Director Jeffrey Quah adding that the type of food we consume is also important. ​​​​​​​ “Go for fresh where possible even when it comes to snacks. It is very easy to over-indulge in a pack of chips or sweets especially when we are under stress at work.
