In January 2026, Co-labs Coworking expanded beyond the Klang Valley with the opening of a 14,000 sq. ft. coworking space at Mid Valley Southkey (South Tower) in Johor Bahru. Integrated with Mid Valley Southkey Mall and St Giles Hotel, the space is well positioned to serve professionals and businesses operating between Malaysia and Singapore.
In March 2026, Co-labs Coworking commenced operations of a new office space in KL Eco City for a single-tenant global fintech company. This marks a strategic expansion into enterprise-focused managed solutions, broadening our recurring income base.
We have 199,000 sq. ft. of space across nine locations in Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur and one in Johor. With the rise of the decentralised hybrid workspace and demand for flexible office solutions, Co-labs Coworking will continue to capitalise on new opportunities with the aim to be an industry leader in this space.
