Sungai Petani, 4 August 2023: Paramount Property resumed its twice-yearly hosting of blood donation campaign recently, with 86 donors fulfilling their altruistic mission at Wisma Paramount at Bukit Banyan in Sungai Petani.
“Paramount Property has been a venue sponsor for blood donation twice a year since 2005, stopping only during the pandemic,” said Paramount Property Northern Region CEO Ooi Hun Peng, who himself also donated blood on 16 July 2023.
The campaign was organised by Pertubuhan Penderma Darah Sungai Petani, with Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim and Loh Guan Lye Specialists Centre being the two invited hospitals.
“I would like to encourage those who are able to donate blood to do so, as aside from saving lives, there are also many health benefits. To those who have not tried, there will be a questionnaire before the donation, so you will be guided!” he said.
