Issued under Paramount’s RM1.0 billion Sukuk Wakalah Programme and structured through its Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework, the sukuk underscores Paramount’s commitment to fulfilling its sustainable development agenda and shaping a future where business growth aligns seamlessly with environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
AmInvestment Bank Berhad served as the sole Principal Adviser, Lead Arranger, Lead Manager, Facility Agent, and Sustainability Structuring Adviser, while AmBank Islamic Berhad acted as the sole Shariah Adviser for the Sukuk Wakalah Programme.
